Shoppers at Nebraska Furniture Mart in The Colony can now view a curated selection of furniture from Home Trends & Design. The temporary showcase, which runs from late July through mid-October, features solid wood pieces made by the Austin-based manufacturer.
The display is located in a new spotlight space near the West entrance on the lower level of the store. It includes best-selling designs, new collections, and unique items. The company describes the setup as a boutique-style look at its craftsmanship.
In addition to the ground-floor exhibit, furniture from the brand is integrated into the upstairs dining section of the store. This expansion allows customers to see the handcrafted pieces in different room settings throughout the location.
"We are incredibly honored to collaborate with Nebraska Furniture Mart for this second special showcase," said Tamara Mimbela of Home Trends & Design. "NFM is a premier destination for home furnishings in Texas, and this continued partnership allows us to highlight the exceptional quality, unique design, and sustainable ethos of HTD furniture to a broader audience."
This event marks the second collaboration between the two companies in The Colony. Home Trends & Design, founded in 2005, is a founding member of the Sustainable Furnishings Council. Nebraska Furniture Mart, established in 1937 in Omaha, Nebraska, has been part of the Berkshire Hathaway family of companies since 1983.
