The Colony Council to Hold Closed Session on Pending Litigation
The Colony City Council will convene a closed executive session on June 16, 2026, to receive legal counsel regarding pending litigation involving TOCA Colony, LLC and Blue Sky Sports Center, LP. The session will follow Texas Government Code Section 551.071.
