Six Texans did not participate in Wednesday’s practice, including five players listed with injuries. Trent Brown had knee and wrist issues, Jadeveon Clowney was dealing with a knee injury, and Nico Collins remained out because of a hamstring problem. Jake Hummel and Ed Ingram were sidelined with groin injuries. Dalton Schultz missed the session for rest.

Collins suffered the hamstring injury during practice last week and was unavailable for Houston’s Week 2 loss to the Bengals. No additional details were provided about the other injuries, according to the source, sports.yahoo.com.

Three defensive players were limited. Will Anderson Jr. was listed as resting, while Logan Hall and M.J. Stewart were limited by knee injuries. Reed Blankenship and Wade Woodaz, who both have thumb injuries, participated fully.
