Rockfish Seafood & Grill is scheduled to open a new restaurant in Frisco this November. The establishment will occupy space at 9179 Dallas Parkway, Suite 170. The site is situated near Toyota Stadium, The Star, the Dallas Cowboys headquarters, and the downtown Frisco area. Frisco is about 6 miles northeast of The Colony.

The new location will introduce the company’s updated branding alongside a revised menu. Offerings will include fresh fish selections and established favorites such as Ahi Tuna Nachos, Volcano Shrimp, Shrimp and Grits, and the Redfish St. Charles. The menu will also feature beef items, specifically Ribeye steak and BBQ Ribs.

Operating hours will run from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday. On Fridays and Saturdays, the restaurant will remain open until midnight.

Tommy Lee, the chief executive officer and president of Rockfish, stated that the expansion follows a positive reception from customers at the Lewisville location. He noted that the company aims to present its refreshed brand to a broader audience. Lee described Frisco as having a flourishing market and a community focused on family life, which he said creates a welcoming environment for the business.

The company indicated that it looks forward to serving its seafood and grilled items to local residents. Additional details regarding the opening are available through the restaurant’s official Facebook page.

Specifics regarding the exact opening date in November and the final staffing levels for the new location are not yet clear.
