Tracey and Riley Williams have taken over ownership of The Human Bean coffee shop in Carrollton, Texas. The couple now operates the establishment situated at 2661 Midway Road. This location represents their first venture into the franchise network.

The new proprietors stated they intend to maintain the high standards of product quality and customer service previously established at the site. They expressed enthusiasm about building upon the existing foundation of the Carrollton branch.

Dan Hawkins, chief executive officer of The Human Bean franchise, commented on the transition. He noted that the company generally sees its franchise partners expanding their operations and contributing positively to local neighborhoods. Hawkins credited the brand's expansion to a focus on community engagement and a philosophy of treating individuals with respect.

The franchise supports charitable efforts through various initiatives. These include quarterly donations and smaller local projects designed to make staff, vendors, and patrons feel appreciated. The company also organizes annual fundraising activities, such as the Food Drive Giveback and Coffee for a Cure Day. All drive-thru locations participate in these events, which have collectively generated hundreds of thousands of dollars for cancer prevention and treatment programs.

The Carrollton shop is located approximately 9 miles south of The Colony. Customers wishing to visit can review the beverage menu and the Rewards App on the company website prior to their arrival. Further details regarding the financial terms of the sale or specific operational changes were not provided.
