Hawaiian Falls waterparks in Roanoke, Mansfield, and Waco are preparing to launch their 2026 season with a focus on new amenities and expanded entertainment. Season pass holders will be the first to enter the facilities on May 2, followed by the general public on May 9.
Park management has allocated one million dollars toward improvements for the upcoming summer. These funds are being used to refresh amenities, enhance food and beverage selections, and broaden the range of entertainment available to guests. Ron McKenzie, Senior Director of Marketing, stated that staff members spent the offseason updating the parks to create a varied lineup of events for families.
Among the new offerings is a Dive-In Movie Series, which will screen family-oriented films on large LED displays located in the wave pools. The parks also plan to host sports-themed gatherings that include visits from local team mascots and live broadcasts of games.
A season-long patriotic theme will run throughout the summer to coincide with America’s 250th birthday celebration. As part of this initiative, military personnel, veterans, and retirees can purchase daily tickets for $17.76 upon presenting valid identification. The theme will also feature special photo spots, giveaways, and limited-time menu items.
Season passes for 2026 are currently available for purchase online. Individuals holding these passes will also receive one complimentary ticket to Ripley’s Believe It or Not! in Grand Prairie. Hawaiian Falls has operated in Texas for over two decades and was acquired in 2025 by Orlando-based Ripley’s Believe It or Not! World Entertainment.
