Nashville SC scored twice in the final 14 minutes to pull away from Austin FC for a 4-1 victory Saturday at Q2 Stadium. The visiting team scored four times in all, while Austin FC scored once in the match.

Nashville opened the scoring in the 30th minute, when Reed Baker-Whiting put the visitors ahead. The 1-0 advantage held until the 67th minute, when Elias Saad scored Nashville’s second goal.

Austin FC cut into the deficit in the 76th minute. Brandon Vázquez scored for the home team, making the score 2-1.

Nashville restored its two-goal advantage in the 88th minute through Shak Mohammed. Hany Mukhtar then added Nashville’s fourth goal in the first minute of second-half stoppage time, listed as 90'+1'. That completed the match’s five goals and secured the 4-1 final score.
