Costco has listed Oct. 16, 2026, as the opening date for its new warehouse at Grandscape in The Colony. The retailer’s official location page gives the address as 6060 Grandscape Blvd.
The specific date narrows the October opening window previously reported for the store. As of Oct. 2, Costco’s website still describes the warehouse as coming soon.
The location’s listing includes a bakery, deli, fresh meat and produce, an optometrist and a pharmacy kiosk among its planned departments and services. Daily warehouse hours were not displayed on the page at the time of review.
